Return Policy

Wags & Giggles is proud to promise quality and satisfaction from the items in our store.  You may return anything purchased from us if you are not completely satisfied.

Items purchased online or in store may be returned or exchanged.  The Return Item Form may be downloaded, filled out and mailed or faxed to Wags & Giggles at the address in the upper left hand corner of the form.

Items purchased within the past 60 days, with receipt: the item will be refunded in the form of original payment.

Items purchased within the past 60 days, without receipt: the item will be refunded at the lowest selling price.

After 60 days, items returned without receipt will be refunded as an exchange or store credit only.

Wags & Giggles is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned items (excluding defective items).  If the item is defective, please contact us and we will provide a pre-paid printable mailing label.  There is a three week turn around time for processing returns or exhanges. 

To mail a return, please download and complete the Return Item Form.  When mailing the return please enclose the Return Item Form and the item in its original packaging, along with the receipt. Mail the return to the address listed on the Return Item Form.
